I had a hip replacement recently, and am finding that the exercises (adjusted as l need) are really helping regain my strength and balance!
AYS has one of the best variety of programs that I have ever seen. . I'm glad to be a member of AYS, and I hope it lasts for a very long time. I'm sure Seniors appreciate all the effort that goes into making this program one of the best.

Great place for seniors. All the exercise classes are beneficial and enjoyable. Excellent teachers! The hiking walks are very nice because they combine exercise while touring different places in the world.
Whether you check in once a month or 5 times a day, there's always something FUN and good for you! Excercises are effectives and modifications are provided (to increase effect, to help bad knees). Cheerful upbeat instructors and no fuss. Do this from your living room every day and feel better instantly- mentally and physically.
AYS is a very well designed and delivered program. I especially like the morning movement classes - all delivered by very knowledgeable practitioners and well suited for a wide range of abilities. I no longer have to go to the gym as I now have high quality and appropriate classes delivered to my living room 5 days a week. I am 85 years old and really appreciate not having to drive &/or walk through snow and ice to stay healthy.
